About us

Karen Hill is the Managing Partner of Hill Consultants, a management consulting company established in 2007.

Karen has extensive experience in project management, strategy and policy development, organisational change, IT system implementation, functional reviews and re-engineering processes to achieve greater focus, efficiency and client service on a sustainable basis.

Before establishing Hill Consultants, Karen held CEO and senior executive roles across a variety of organisations and sectors.  Karen is highly skilled in strategic relationship building and working with multiple stakeholders across all levels of Government, large corporates, small business, industry bodies and the higher education sector.

Her extensive operational skills are complemented by experience as a Board Director and Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Karen is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the professional accounting body, CPA Australia.
